Aventurine stores all of your financial data and preferences in a local SQLite database on your machine, encrypted with AES-256, the same encryption that banks and governments trust with their most valuable secrets. You have full control in how you store and backup your file so you always have the access you need without compromising your security.

Yes. Aventurine supports all major import/export extensions (CSV, OFX, QFX, or QIF) covering what virtually every bank and finance app can produce. Exporting your data back out is just as easy.
